Our prices are currently being re-structured to enable us to be more competitive with our quality service.
In brief, based on a £300 monthly rental income our prices start at -
£300 initial charge for tenant find and admin fee which includes, but not limited to; advertising, referancing, credit checks, agreements inventories and check-in services.
Then upon the 2nd month of rental and for the remaining term of the tenancy agreemen there is a 7% monthly charge which equates to £21 per month.
